1978. The Torre Baró settlement on the outskirts of Barcelona is a neighborhood of shacks. One of the residents, Manolo Vital (Eduard Fernández), works down the hill in the city as a bus driver on line 47. Encouraged by his neighbors to get involved in their fight, and to debunk City Council’s claims that buses cannot climb the hills in his district, one day Manolo decides to hijack his own bus and attempt to prove that you can.
