Arjang (Reza Attaran) was born before the Iranian revolution. Since childhood he has been in love with Roya (Mahnaz Afshar). Now forty years past, Arjang is 50 and still in love with Roya but Roya has given him nothing but trouble. In his life time, he has experienced a revolution, a war, a divorce, poverty and prosperity. Finally after all this, Roya returns to his life and says yes to his proposal, but things do not get any easier!
