Two ex-cons, Charlie (David Arquette) and Felix (Danny A. Abeckaser), open an underground casino in the country of Georgia. Their success draws the attention of the Russian mafia, forcing them into a fight for their business and their lives. As tensions rise, Charlie grows close to Sonia (Daniella Pick Tarantino), a sharp-witted woman with a dangerous past.
