We Ship Anywhere in the U.S.
The Laemmle Theatres Online Store accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States. No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside of the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit, debit, check cards associated with a billing address within the United States; as well as valid Laemmle Gift Cards, and Laemmle Premiere Cards.
In addition to the price of your purchases, the Laemmle Theatres Online Store will charge California residents sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed.
How Much is Shipping?
You will be charged the exact amount that FED-EX charges us. We do not inflate our shipping charges or add "handling" fees.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Your tracking number may not be valid until three or four hours after receiving it. Packages sent via FED-EX usually arrive within 3 days after they are sent. If you specify "Standard Overnight" your order will arrive on the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. Note: We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends.
Why FED-EX? What About USPS?
We must ship via FEDEX because most of the items we sell are considered cash items. You probably wouldn’t send $150 in cash to someone via standard mail, right? Neither would we. At this time, we cannot send cash items any other way. Some items will allow you to choose USPS. We are not able to track USPS shipments, so use it at your own risk.
Can I Have My Order Sent to a Different Address or as a Gift?
Yes! Enter the the desired destination in the Shipping Address page when you check out. We do not include price information inside the package.
Can I Pick My Order Up at a Theatre?
We cannot arrange for theatre pick up at this time. However, we do sell some items at the theatres, including gift cards, premiere cards, and limited apparel. Please contact your local Laemmle theatre for more information.
We do not offer rain-checks on out of stock items. In rare cases where stock is not sufficient to fulfill your order, we will notify you by email or telephone, cancel your order, and refund your money.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales of products are final. In some cases, arrangements can be made to exchange apparel items for a different size. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Defective CD’s or DVD’s may be exchanged for the exact same item only. No exceptions. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
Price Adjustment Policy
Prices for products offered may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
We have made every effort to display the items featured on this site as accurately as possible. Please note, however, that the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will greatly affect the colors actually seen on the screen. We cannot be responsible for the limitations of your monitor's display of any color or detail.
