3100: Run and Become
'3100: Run and Become' beautifully captures the heart and inspiration of all who close their eyes, take a breath, and open their hearts to life.
3100: Run and Become
Why do you run? Has it transformed your life? Running has been used by humans for hundreds of thousands of years as a way to connect to deeper and higher worlds.
Follow an unassuming paperboy from Finland as he attempts the world's longest race - the Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Run, which requires competitors to average 60+ miles a day over the 52-day period - all around a 1/2 mile sidewalk loop in New York City.
How is this possible? Our characters look to a champion Navajo ultra-marathoner, a Kalahari Bushman hunter, and a famed Japanese Monk to understand the ancestral spiritual power of running.
