Inspired by director Jonah Feingold’s own experiences, 31 CANDLES follows Leo Kadner (played by Feingold), a 30-year-old New Yorker who decides to have his long-overdue Bar Mitzvah after a chance encounter with his former summer camp crush (newcomer Sarah Coffey). As Leo stumbles through adulthood, he embarks on a Mitzvah project that might just help him finally grow up.
