War/Dance

This documentary explores Uganda's 20-year civil war from the perspective of three children. Born amidst battle, the children know no other life. But when they are brought to perform at the National Music Competition, they are able to show pride for their people for the first time through dance. The film premiered at Sundance earlier this year. An Oscar nominee for Best Documentary Feature.
