The Oslo Trilogy

The Oslo Trilogy from acclaimed Norwegian novelist-turned-filmmaker Dag Johan Haugerud, is the result of an ambitious 2024 cinematic project: to make three films, woven together with themes of contemporary sexuality, connection and intimacy in delicate, non-judgmental, and truthful ways. Through Haugerud’s signature nuanced character studies and revealing dialogue, LOVE, SEX, and DREAMS show a rich portrait of modern life and love in Oslo.

“That he’s made three thematically related but narratively distinct features in a year is remarkable enough; that they are all terrific, even more so... [Haugerud’s Sex/Love/Dreams trilogy] is an impressive achievement” - David Rooney, The Hollywood Reporter
