Window Theory

Twenty-five year old Ethan Humphries (COREY LARGE), "Hump" to his friends, is suffering from a classic case of Peter Pan syndrome. In the seven years since graduating high school, his greatest accomplishment is being able to get into any club in Los Angeles. Supported by wealthy parents, he works out, parties, and brings a different girl home every night. One evening, he gets a call from his inebriated friend, Brad (LUKE KIRBY), who accidentally spills the beans about their best friend Jeff's (LUKE FLYNN) wedding - taking place the following weekend. Apparently someone 'forgot' to tell Ethan.

Ethan immediately flies back home to Vancouver and meets up with Jeff, who has become a corporate shill. Jeff has gone so far as to name Stu (PAUL JOHANSSON), the brown-nosing Vice President of his advertising firm, his best man. Worst of all, Jeff is marrying Ethan's high school sweetheart, Stephanie (JENNIFER O'DELL).

Sliding into regression, Ethan unsuccessfully tries to recreate his high school glory days with his friends, including Sean (TOM LENK), a well intentioned, but un-hip seventh-year undergrad. Upon discovering that Stu has convinced Jeff not to hang out with his "loser" friends anymore Ethan plans his attack. His anger erupts the following day when a friendly touch football game takes a violent turn.

His relationship with Jeff in shambles, Ethan refocuses his efforts on getting Stephanie back. Through a series of conversations, Ethan begins to understand that he has a lot to learn about friendship, decisions, regret and love.

Feeling alone and left behind, Ethan manages to smooth things over with Jeff, which leads to a night on the town. With Jeff back as Ethan's wingman, they meet a beautiful girl, Kate (ALEXANDRA HOLDEN), and her sister Angela (CARLY POPE). Kate and Ethan connect on a level he has never experienced before. Kate manages to renew a sense of hope in Ethan.

Following the bachelor party, during which Jeff hands Stu his resignation in the form of an upper-cut to the jaw, Ethan, Jeff, Brad and Sean take one last trip own memory land as single guys. They walk Jeff home to Stephanie. When the door closes, Ethan's life changes with the closure he's needed for so long and a new sense of hope.
