Tbilisi, I Love You is an ode to the capital of Georgia, another installment of the Cities of Love franchise that started with love letters to Paris, and New York. The familiar episodic structure is in evidence with a series of vignettes, from intimate stories about the contemporary family life, to Tbilisi playing host to international guests. What emerges is an urban tapestry that lovingly pins its hopes on the beauty found in the eye of a camera in each of the seven captivating stories.
