Past Run
The Road
A horror film from the Philippines in which a cold case is reopened after three teens go missing on an old, abandoned road where a gruesome murder was left undiscovered for three decades. In the course of the investigation, deeper and gruesome stories of abduction and murders are discovered.
“Call it a haircut of ‘Psycho’ with ectoplasmic additives, The Road still has a whispering menace and visual grandeur all its own.”
— Mark Holcomb, Village Voice
