Rift

In a story spanning across decades, where the fabric of time begins to fray between three different eras, Writer/Director LazRael Lison has taken full artistic license and the opportunity to realize his haunting vision of the story of Town Creek murders.

RIFT is a unique psychological thriller based on true events revolving around the chilling and still unsolved slaughter of seven college students in the Town Creek apartments in 2001. To this day there are no definitive answers as to what happened.

RIFT follows the investigation of Jennifer Campbell, a journalism student, as she delves into the mysteries of her town, buried in the past by everyone that had seen the carnage. With each passing day, Jennifer unearths a dark, deep history, sometimes in horror and shock. After forcing her way into the condemned building, Jennifer finds herself in the midst of a crash history lesson on why sometimes the past
Is better left behind, some secrets better left uncovered and some dark corners of the unknown safer left unexplored.

RIFT features a brilliant cast of young talent, as well as veterans such as Richmond Arquette (Benjamin Buttons, Se7en and Halloween) and Leslie Easterbrook (Police Academy, Halloween, Superman
& The Devil's Rejects).

RIFT promises to deliver a deeply told, haunting and horrifying vision of things that go bump in the dark, and of places we’ve come to fear, yet hear calling us to come just a little bit closer.
