After the death of his parents, Jesse Torres leaves his childhood cattle ranch for the bright lights of the big city. Reconnecting with his childhood friend Tom, Jesse finds himself in a squalid neighborhood of drugs, gangs and broken dreams. Struggling with his new life, Jesse finds solace in a local girl, Lil’ Bit, but as the romance blossoms Jesse finds himself confronted by the local mobster, Capone (Danny Trejo), who owns her. When Tom gets into trouble with Capone’s gang, Jesse must make some hard choices with dangerous consequences… or risk losing everything.
