Omar has a fateful encounter at a hotel club with a stranger and a subsequent altercation results in the accidental death of the person. The only problem is - he is the brother of a gangster with a violent reputation. This sets Omar on an adventure to escape his problems, as he meets new friends and makes new enemies, all the while fleeing from the mob.
