Living the Dream
After a traumatic childhood of constant bullying, Brenda (Sean Young) and her immigrant friend Jonathan (Christian Schoyen) grow up realizing that nothing has changed since school days. In a desperate attempt to get their lives back on track and gain the respect of others, the middle-aged friends start up their own business in Los Angeles, but in their pursuit of happiness they get trapped in a corrupted life of abuse, sex and deception in a city where the ends justify the means.
