Life & Hummus follows film-maker Alex Matros as he travels throughout Israel searching for the world's best hummus. The 40-minute movie documents Alex's quest for the origin of hummus and his introduction to Arabs and Israelis who share a common love for the food. Along the way Alex discovers that hummus has a history and impact far beyond his original thought.
