The fall of the USSR had a ripple effect on all the countries within its grip. Enter Romania in 1989. Chaos ensues as Army, Police, Secret Service and civilians are pitted against each other to grapple control of the country. At the epicenter of this is Viorel at a police precinct. He and his partners must survive the outpouring of a rabid mob along with a trigger happy army.
