The film is about the rise of a major ballroom dancer and choreographer Carlinhos de Jesus.
Born in the poor outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carlinhos raised into stardom just by following his dreams and by dancing through every challenge live has thrown his way.
From his mother' and son tragic losts, Carlinhos is an exemple of how looking at life as a journey to better yourself. The film send an important message specially in the difficult times that Brazil and great part of the World it's going through.
