Ira & Abby

A rom-com that follows Ira, whose commitment-phobia is such that he’s unable to stay in a relationship, finish his dissertation or order lunch. Then along comes free-spirited Abby (Jennifer Westfeldt of Kissing Jessica Stein, who also penned the screenplay), his opposite. They marry within hours. The comedy extends to their parents (Robert Lloyd, Judith Light, Fred Willard, Frances Conroy) whose romantic disfunction rivals their children’s.
