A multicultural, tenth-grade version of 'The Odd Couple' battle their own delusions while seeking validation and influence within their conflicted, suburban, christian context. Both from broken homes in the Inland Empire--one with absent parents, one with an overbearing single-father--school becomes an escape to main characters Abe and James. However, their antics are problematic for their peculiar, warden-like principal, who is struggling to get things done.
