Past Run
The Good Shepherd
Robert De Niro directs for the first time since A Bronx Tale in 1993. Matt Damon stars as a Yale graduate who rises through the ranks of the increasingly paranoid C.I.A. in the 1950s. With Angelina Jolie, William Hurt, John Turturro, Alec Baldwin, Billy Crudup, Michael Gambon and Joe Pesci.
An Oscar nominee for Best Art Direction.
“No previous American film has ventured into this still largely unknown territory with such authority and emotional detachment. For this reason alone, THE GOOD SHEPHERD is must-see viewing.” (Andrew Sarris, New York Observer)
