God Grew Tired of Us
This documentary chronicles the odyssey of three young Sudanese men in the strange new world of the U.S. and how they strive towards a brighter future. As young boys in the 1980s, they barely escaped their war-torn homeland. They are among over 20,000 boys who came to be known as the ‘lost boys.’
"An incredibly powerful story of renewal, commitment and the resiliency of the human spirit." (Hollywood Reporter)
