Past Run
The Devil and Daniel Johnston
A stunning documentary portrait of Daniel Johnston, a sui generis musical genius who nearly slipped away. A manic depressive artist with delusions of grandeur, Johnston's life is marked by wild fluctuations, numerous downward spirals and periodic respites. But his only makes his strangely gorgeous music and art all the more amazing. "The film is virtually overflowing with truly memorable scenes of great humor, pain, and inspiration." ~ Film Threat
Attend and participate in Q&A’s with the DANIEL director and producer after the 7 p.m. screenings on Friday and Saturday the 14th and 15th of April.
