CARE OF FOOTPATH 2 is an emotional suspense thriller about the millions of juvenile delinquents living in the slums of India; the environment which fosters their behavior; and how society -- the public, the judiciary, the media, the police -- reacts. Under strange circumstances, four teenage friends are provoked to plan the murder of a senior police inspector. The youths are arrested and tried, which creates a media sensation. Non-governmental organizations try to reform the four juveniles while the public and police want them killed. The society pushes them to the wall and they struggle to reform in the face of these adversities.
