buddha Wild: Monk in a Hut

Director Anna Wilding will participate in a Q&A after the 8 p.m. screening on Wednesday, March 29th.

An unpretentious little feel-good documentary presented in which a group of strict missionary monks talk about their lives and celebrate the joy of Asian temple life and Asian culture in general. Says the director, "they do not have the freedoms we have, yet they have a freedom we will never know" A fascinating film presented and written in a style that is an enjoyable mixture of seriousness and humor.
