The Bourne Ultimatum
The best three-quel of the summer? The third BOURNE film! Matt Damon returns as the former C.I.A. officer in search of his own identity; this time he finds a journalist (Paddy Considine) who claims to know all about the shadowy branch of the agency that scrubbed his mind and turned him into a gifted killer. With David Strathairn, Joan Allen and Julia Stiles; the gifted Paul Greengrass (Bloody Sunday, United 93) is back in the director’s chair.
“If they could bottle what gives THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM its rush, it would probably be illegal. The third and purportedly final installment in the mountingly exciting series is a pounding, pulsating thriller that provides an almost constant adrenaline surge for nearly two hours.” (Todd McCarthy, Variety)
