Big Trouble in Little China

Kurt Russell looks great in Tarantino’s The Hateful Eight, which gives us a hankering to see his over-the-top performance as macho truck driver Jack Burton in Big Trouble in Little China. When a gang of Chinatown toughs kidnap his friend’s fiancee, Jack gives chase and learns that the girl has been abducted by a sorcerer (James Hong), the ghost of a 3000-year-old warlord. Jack has stumbled into the middle of an ancient mystical battle.
