Beyond Barriers
In Beyond Barriers, a group of people from opposite sides of the U.S.- Sonora border come together to create a center of hope and wellness. When Lupita Sanchez, a Mexican mother of three children, crosses paths with retired U.S. businessman Tom Carlson, they set upon an enduring and at-times heartbreaking journey to change lives for the better – despite the wall and other barriers. This is tale of compassion and possibility that transcends borders.
English version screening will be followed by Spanish version – with short intermission between them.
