Fedor Alexandorich, a Ukrainian victim of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, is investigating the cause of the incident when he is interrupted by the 2014 uprising in Ukraine. Amid all this turmoil, he uncovers a damning Cold War-era Soviet secret. In this Sundance Grand Jury Prize-winning documentary, Fedor ponders risking his life to aid the revolution by revealing his findings to the world.
