A spin-off of the 1980s stop-motion television series, School of Mice (Madrese Moosh-ha), the first City of Mice feature film was a box office hit in Iran in 1984. Thirty years on, director Marzieh Boroomand returns with a sequel that continues the story of a small city run by mice.
One day, two little mice find a kitten in the jungle. Believing she is too cute to be left alone they decide to bring her home to their town, hiding her away from the mouse elders. Soon enough, the kitten’s mother finds her way to the little mice city and the fight over the city begins.
