Dear Laemmle Fans,

While indoor cinemas in Los Angeles remain closed, Laemmle Theatres is proud to present a series of socially distanced, outdoor movie events. The program, which consists of weekly screenings on Thursday nights, is offered in partnership with The Roadium, the South Bay's preeminent drive-in cinema and open-air flea market. All screenings begin at 7:30 PM, and will cost $25 per car.Our series kicks off on Thursday, September 17, with a screening of the adventure drama The Dark Divide, featuring an appearance from director Tom Putnam (buy tickets now on Eventbrite). The film, which stars David Cross and Debra Messing, showcases the spectacular natural beauty of Oregon's Gifford Pinchot National Forest, a must-see on the big screen.Following events include the Jessica Chastain thriller Ava (9/24), the horror-comedy 12 Hour Shift (10/1), and the marine sports documentary She Is The Ocean (10/8). Tickets for these events will be available for sale in the next few days.Lastly, I'd like to thank our valued audience members for your dedicated support over the last few months. Whether engaging with Laemmle Virtual Cinema or attending our Pop-Corn Pop-Ups, you've demonstrated a heartfelt desire to stay connected with our community, and we hope that this drive-in series will provide yet another way of doing so. Remember, every ticket you purchase helps support Laemmle Theatres, and ensures our imminent reopening once allowed to do so (hopefully soon). All the best,Greg Laemmle...............................................................Drive-In at the Roadium$25 per vehicle • Click posters for ticketing instructions.
