Dear Laemmle Fans,
Exactly seven months have passed since the first case of Coronavirus was identified in the United States, and it's become harder to remember what life was like back then. We've done our best since to keep bringing you new arthouse cinema every week, but I can't say I don't miss the big screen. If only there was a way to download the smell of hot buttered popcorn (pick-up concessions coming soon)...Today's new releases include documentaries Desert One, about the U.S. Government's failed 1980 attempt to end the Iranian hostage crisis, and Love Express, about the little-known-career of visionary Polish director Walerian Borwczyk.
