For years John and Amanda Leyden have become legends teaching Reading, ‘Rithmetic, and Rock ‘n’ Roll to young pupils at Headfort School, an enchanting 18th century Hogwarts-like boarding school in Ireland. The pace is hectic and the mood infectious as the eccentric couple works their magic in hilarious fashion on fertile young minds. But for pupil and teacher alike, there is poignancy in discovering that leaving is the hardest lesson to learn.
