Set against the backdrop of the erstwhile city of Lucknow, Jolly LL.B 2 is a story of Jagdishwar Mishra, aka Jolly, a small-time, struggling lawyer who has moved to Lucknow to pursue his dream of becoming a big-time lawyer.
