In 1920, David, an idealistic entertainer, dreams of opening his own circus. While living in Mr. Max's farmhouse, he falls in love with the landlord's daughter, Claudine. Unfortunately, Claudine is set to marry the rich and evil Henry. Now it is up to David to save her!
