Film Summary
Lars von Trier’s latest is a psychological horror film about a grieving couple (Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg). They retreat to their cabin in the woods hoping to heal their broken hearts and troubled marriage, but instead encounter pure evil. Gainsbourg won the Best Actress award at Cannes 2009 for her performance in this film.
