Film Summary In his last starring role, John Ritter plays Bill, the guest of honor at a Hollywood Hills “Man of the Year” party. With much to celebrate, Bill is on the verge of closing a deal that will make many of the partygoers very rich. But on what should have been the happiest night of his life, Bill learns that the deal has gone bad. The guests discover that Bill is not the man they thought he was, and his carefully constructed life begins to crumble like a house of cards. With a camera’s eye into each room in the party, the moviegoer sees secrets revealed, trusts broken and relationships changed forever.
At the height of the ceremony honoring Bill, gunfire erupts. Someone is dead.
