1. HOW MUCH? HOW LONG?:
You get charged the exact amount that Fed-ex charges us. We do NOT inflate our shipping charges AND we do NOT add "handling" fees!
All of our packages are sent via FED-EX (except if the option for US MAIL shows) and usually are received within 3 days after they are sent. (unless you specify "Overnight delvery" it'll get there quicker)
Note: We do not ship out on holidays or weekends!
2. WHY FED-EX? Can I have the order sent cheaper via US Postal Mail?:
We MUST ship FEDEX because most of the items we sell are considered CASH ITEMS! You probably would not send up to $150 in cash to someone via standard mail, so neither do we. WE CANNOT send any other way. (Some items will allow you to choose US MAIL, if you do choose it, there is no tracking, so use it at your own risk.)
3. CAN I HAVE THEM SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? Or as a gift?:
YES! Just change your default address once you get to the SHIPPING OPTIONS page in the shopping cart. You can send them to whomever you want. We do not include pricing
inside the package!
4. CAN I PICK THEM UP AT A THEATRE?:
We cannot arrange for you to pick up orders at the theatres. However, we do sell some items at the theatres. Please contact your local theatre for more information.
5. OTHER INFORMATION:
Most orders will get processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
An email will be sent to you once your package has been shipped along with your tracking number.
Your tracking number may not be valid until about 3-4 hours after recieving it via email.
If you get something you don't expect from that number, try again after a couple hours.
