 LOVE STREAMS (1984) Robert Harmon (Cassavetes) is a flamboyant novelist with cynical ideas about love. Disappointed with prior relationships, he can't connect with women as equals. They're either muses to be adored or one night stands to be quickly forgotten. His sister Sarah (Rowlands) is the hopeless romantic. In the midst of a divorce, she refuses to confront her situation, sure that her unfaithful husband will return to her.
