A new documentary film about the contrast between image and reality based upon the discovery of more than 400 color slides of life in the Lodz ghetto taken by the Nazi commander, General Walter Genewein. The film is narrated by Arnold Mostowicz, who was the Jewish doctor in the ghetto. His memories of the harsh bitter realities of the ghetto contrast sharply with the depiction of life-as-normal in the slides.
